OMFS transfer machine to 26 unities to numerical control ( of which 16 unities to three controlled axles ); all units have stroke of 180 mm, attach HSK63, hydraulic block of the tools and motors with inverter of 9 Kw; the unities on the double sleigh (CN) have the possibility to move of +75 and -75 mm ( up, down, left, right ); the two units with electromandrel can turn until 30.000 turns/min ( 4 Kw ); recesses are also to numerical control; the numerical control is the Siemens 840D; the machine was built in the 2005; the price of the new machine were of two millions of euro; the actual price is of about the half of it (transport, installation, a year of guarantee inclusive).
With about € 100.000, we can transform the 12 bit in bit rotating on an axle.
