Tecnofirma Automatic Pickling Line with tanks for the pickling, passivation and drying with movement automatico di barrels containing brass stamp parts (black) that will do of “brass color”.

Final state of the details: pickled, protected, dry.
Installed power 32 kW (of which only 24 kW for drying).
The plant is of 2005 and is like new (see photos).
Description:
maximum weight of the pieces can be inserted in each barrel: 100 Kg;
empty barrel weight: 110 Kg;
dimensions barrel: D350x500H mm;
barrels handling: automatic with shift bridge crane;
barrels amount in loop: 5 barrels in the areas of treatment at the beginning of the cycle;
required production: ~ 6 barrels / hour (one every 13 minutes).
